You can use Domino to consume a Web service. You need the following:
The SOAPConnect for LotusScript toolkit is a partial implementation of the SOAP version 1.1 standard for the LotusScript language. It provides new LotusScript classes for constructing SOAP messages, invoking SOAP services, and using the returned data.
